Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. If your product is defective due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will gladly replace the product at no additional shipping charge to you. Please contact us to inform us before returning the defective item.
All returns/exchanges MUST be in original packaging with tags attached, unused, unworn, undamaged, in re-saleable condition. We appreciate your understanding on this, as we offer quality on every item we sell, and we want to keep the same quality for every returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the above conditions are not met or if you did not notify us within the 14 calendar days after the item has been delivered.
For your convenience, every package that we send to you, we will also send you via email the tracking number of your order.
